This process can be used to staff various temporary and permanent positions. A list of candidates will be established as a result of this process and could be used to staff future needs at Veterans Affairs Canada and Veterans Review and Appeal Board. Position tenure, linguistic profiles or security requirements may vary according to the positions to be staffed.

EDUCATION
ED1 - Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Experience providing administrative support services*
*Administrative support is defined as: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system and other related duties.
EX2 - Experience providing client services.
EX3 - Experience using various software such as word processing, spreadsheets and email.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
AE1 - Experience coordinating administrative activities in the office of a senior manager.
AE2 - Experience working with financial information or financial documents such as budget tracking and forecasting, acquisition card reconciliation or petty cash.
AE4 - Experience in drafting, editing or verifying correspondence or reports.
AE5 - Experience in researching, extracting, compiling or manipulating data using information management systems.
AE6 - Experience in project coordination or management.
AE7 - Experience in supervising staff.
AE8 - Experience working in a human resources environment.
AE9 - Experience working in a corporate services environment.
AE10 - Experience working in an operational environment.
