In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and PhD from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in either Structural Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering

Degree equivalency

Candidates must be eligible to become licensed Professional Engineers in Canada

Acceptable teaching experience at the university level in Civil Engineering.

A1 – Ability to teach effectively at the university level.

A2 – Ability to carry out scholarly research and contribute to scholarly publication.

A3 - Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

A4 – Ability to communicate effectively orally.
