EXPERIENCE

-Recent* and significant**experience managing complex**** IT multidisciplinary projects or IT programs/operations in a public or private sector environment to multiple clients.
-Recent* and significant** experience managing teams including all aspects of human resources and financial resources of base or project budgets.
-Recent* and significant** experience providing strategic advice, briefings, recommendations and presentations to senior management on tactical and strategic IT solutions in support of business objectives.
-Recent* and demonstrated*** experience in developing business cases or proposals for project or program activities.
-Recent* and demonstrated*** experience negotiating, developing client partner or vendor relationships, and building consensus among various stakeholders and at various levels across an enterprise.
-Significant experience** in the development, management and delivery of a data analytics program.

Definitions:

Recent* experience is defined as experience gained within the past five (5)
years.

Significant** experience is defined as experience exercising direct
responsibility associated with having performed a broad range of activities normally acquired over a period of over three (3) years.

Demonstrated*** experience is defined as experience exercising direct responsibility associated with having performed a broad range of activities normally acquired over a period of one (1) or more years.

Complex**** is defined as having three (3) or more of the following factors:
1. Multidimensional: a multi-platform or a multi-tier diverse set of technologies requiring integration, and/or interconnected with external organizations.
2. A program of national/international or significant corporate scope, or having a major impact on the department and/or public service (precedent setting);
3. Represents a large number of stakeholders with diverse interests, or distributed large (500+) client base;
4. Sensitive: having a potential for significant media coverage, classified security issues, high critical risk factors, critical time sensitivity, or political sensitivity issues.
