The TBS is a central agency located in the National Capital Region. TBS’s new flagship facility is located in the heart of downtown Ottawa is the hub of its activities. A pool of qualified persons resulting from this process will be created and will be used to fill similar positions with various linguistic profiles (English Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, Bilingual Imperative CCC/CCC) as well as tenures which may vary according to the position being staffed. Note: The majority of positions to be staffed are bilingual

Your résumé.
A response to a text question addressing the following:
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
- Experience in providing general administrative services (for example, preparing correspondence, maintaining a follow-up system, proofreading correspondence and other documents, processing mail, answering phones, filing, faxing and scheduling)
- Successful completion of two (2) years of post-secondary education from a recognized post-secondary institution (college, general or vocational college, or university) OR completion of post-secondary education or professional development/training in one of the following fields of study:

- Please provide complete and thorough details of your education and experience.
- Do not assume that the screening board has any previous knowledge of your background, qualifications, or work history. You must be specific and provide concrete examples/details for each experience element, as applications will be screened only on the information provided.
- Failure to provide sufficient information may result in your application being screened out of the competition.
If you are required to travel for any of the assessment phases, travel costs will be at your own expense. As much as possible, we will embrace technology to reduce the need for travel.
Candidates should be prepared to provide proof of education (copy of degree/diploma) and citizenship. If you have obtained education outside Canada, you will be required to submit proof of evaluation of Canadian equivalency.
