MUST-HAVES FOR THESE POSITIONS

EDUCATION
→ Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Economics, Sociology or Statistics. (The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.)

EXPERIENCE (for EC-06/EC-07) where you:
→ Prepared and provided complex verbal and written briefings to provide strategic advice to senior management;
→ Established and maintained effective relationships with a key network of contacts;
→ Represented your organization by participating in various meetings/ conferences/ committees;
→ Led a complex initiative/project or various phases of one;
→ Led project teams or working groups, involving different specializations, to develop and recommend options to decision makers;
→ Conducted research and integrated complex ideas to provide strategic advice to senior management regarding major projects/ initiatives;
→ Provided coaching to employees.

••EXPERIENCE (EC-07 position only):
→ A minimum of 2 years having done the above, and experience having:
→ Contributed to the management of Human and Financial resources.
