Intent of the process

This process will be used to fill a term position until March 31, 2019.

A pool of qualified candidates will also be established to fill future vacancies with various tenures (term and indeterminate).

Your résumé.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Successful completion of secondary school education according to provincial/territorial standards or Public Service Commission approved alternatives, such as a combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Degree equivalency

Experience in providing administrative and office management services to management and staff such as: arranging meetings, preparing short reports/letters and minutes, monitoring budget expenditures, making travel arrangements, managing the calendar, receiving and directing telephone calls.

Experience in financial management such as: assisting in budgeting, recording transactions, developing and seeking required approvals, reporting on expenditures/balances and providing advice.

Experience in the use of office technology such as MS software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail, preparing presentations, charts and using correspondence tracking and Internet.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Completion of post-secondary training related to the provision of administrative services.

Degree equivalency

Experience inputting, extracting, compiling and processing data utilizing automated systems and software such as: CCM, CCM Mercury or CCM Plus or other electronic document tracking system.

Experience monitoring budget controls and preparing budget reports.
