Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures within the Western Region.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
- Graduation with a post-secondary diploma from a recognized technical institute, in a field related to design and construction of real property works

Degree equivalency

Experience:
- *Recent experience in managing **real property projects
- Experience in providing advice to clients
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in managing project delivery process related to project delivery such as Design Bid Build (DBB), Design Build (DB), Construction Management (CM)

*Recent experience is defined as having managed real property projects of varying degrees of complexity and type for a minimum of eight years within the last 12 years including at least five years of Canadian experience

**Real Property projects are defined as new construction or renovations (e.g. interior fit-up) for lands, including mines and minerals, and buildings, structures, improvements, and other fixtures on, above, or below the surface of the land.
