E1: Significant experience managing the installation and maintenance of Video-Audio-Data hardware systems.

E2: Significant and recent experience applying accounting principles, human resources and financial management.

E3: Significant experience in life-cycle materiel management principles and managing projects

E4: Significant experience in managing data communication services.

* Significant experience: More than 3 years.
** Recent experience: within last 3 of the last 5 years.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Willing and able to participate in military exercises under adverse climatic conditions for the purposes of conducting or co-ordinating technical evaluations.

Must be able to engage in continuing studies to maintain/update the professional skills required for the position.

Travel: International travel, travel to contractor facilities, travel to military installations to deployed and garrison field units, military workshops, repair depots, and sometimes on/in military vehicles, ships and aircraft.
