What You Could Be Doing:
- Using your wealth of knowledge and experience to provide advice and/or guidance on Impact Assessment subject matter.
- Showcasing your talents by participating in interdepartmental working groups regarding impact assessment, complex policy issues, or other related issues.
- Working within a project team and being responsible for ensuring that your work is polished while meeting strict deadlines by being on the ball.

What We Need From You:

EDUCATION:
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with acceptable specialization in physics, geology, chemistry or some other science relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience analyzing scientific issues.
- Experience writing or reviewing science based documents.
- Experience in environmental or impact assessment.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience consulting with the public or indigenous groups.
- Experience delivering training or facilitating groups.
- Experience conducting policy analysis and making policy recommendations to management.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices related to environmental or impact assessment.
- Knowledge of the Government of Canada’s principles and practices related to Indigenous consultation
