Intent of the process

Although the immediate intent of this Job Opportunity Advertisement is to staff indeterminately in the National Capital Region (Ottawa), applicants should be aware that a pool of qualified candidates (fully assessed or partially assessed) may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various language requirements. In addition, this process may be used for various tenures, security requirements and conditions of employment within CSC.

ED1: Successful completion of two years of secondary school.

EXPERIENCE

EE1: Experience in providing client service.
EE2: Experience inputting, retrieving and filing data in a computerized tracking system.
EE3: Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
