Parking is readily available at a relatively modest monthly fee, and local transit stops a few short steps from our doors. ADDDA will, likely in the near future, be moving to join the rest of the Information Management Branch team in downtown Gatineau (Hull Sector), where there is easy access to a wider range of resto-bars, cafes and shopping nearby. It is only a short walk to the parks surrounding the Theatre de l’île with walking trails and bike paths, as well as simpler transit access for those coming from Ottawa. ADDDA is committed to attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse workforce, and to maintaining a workplace that balances employees with contracted resources and positive employee morale. Depending on the position to be staffed, ADDDA supports alternative work arrangements (e.g., compressed work week, remote work) as well as flexible working hours. As part of the Government of Canada, employees enjoy competitive remuneration and an excellent benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage as well as one of the best pension plans in Canada.
