Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience in providing analysis, advice and recommendations to senior management on ongoing or emerging operational issues.
Experience in developing, planning and implementing programs or projects.
Experience working with internal and external partners or stakeholders.
Experience reviewing, interpreting and applying policies, procedures or legislation.
Experience in managing human resources includes but is not limited to supervising, coordinating and assigning work to a unit.
Experience is defined as the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related activities associated with full-time performance of duties for a period of approximately one (1) year.
* Managing human resources is defined as ongoing supervision of direct reports including such things as assigning work, managing and evaluating performance, leave approvals, hiring, etc., over an ongoing period of at least one (1) year.

Experience in developing and conducting stakeholder engagement or consultation activities.
Experience with the development and conduct of activities such as surveys or studies involving information gathering, analysis and reporting.
Experience in analyzing and reporting on complex issues.
Experience in the development of strategies and plans for program or service delivery.
Experience in providing advice and recommendations to management.
Experience in contract administration/management, including but not limited to: rental agreements, acquisitions of goods/services, professional services, etc.….
Experience in coordinating with Information technology (IT) specialists to develop, support or maintain software applications required for program or service delivery.
Availability and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
Availability and willingness to travel occasionally, with notice.
