As a member of the dynamic and multidisciplinary HR Innovation team, you will help discover, design, pilot and measure the success of new HR transformation ideas. Our offices are located at 140 Portage Street (Place du Portage, Phase IV) in Gatineau, Quebec (walking distance to the Canadian War Museum located on the Ontario side). Education:

Experience:

- Explain how you have managed multifaceted projects that involved collaboration with various stakeholders. Provide specific examples and indicate how the projects were multifaceted and who the stakeholders were.

- Explain how you have conducted research and analysis of findings to identify issues and make recommendations. What steps did you employ in your research method? Provide specific examples.

- Explain how you have engaged with multiple stakeholders to understand their perspectives and how a solution might affect their business. Provide specific examples.

- Explain how you have produced written communications (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.) of varying importance that target a specific audience (i.e. peers, stakeholders, senior management). What were the audiences, the topics and the types of documents you wrote? Provide specific examples.

- Do you have experience in using behavioral insights to influence people’s decision-making? If so, explain when and how you used behavioral insights and what where the outcomes.

STEP 2 – SHOW US

STEP 3 – MEET US
