This inventory will be used to staff positions at the CR-03 and CR-04 group and level within the Department of National Defence with employment tenures, language profiles, security requirements, and conditions of employment that will vary depending on the needs of the positions being staffed.

EXPERIENCE:
Essential experience qualifications may be required for some positions. This may include but is not limited to the following:
Experience providing administrative or clerical support in an office environment.
Experience using common word processing, spreadsheet and email software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience drafting or creating correspondence and documents.
Experience providing service to clients or the general public.
Experience working with databases.
Experience in records management.
Experience providing financial/accounting support services.
Experience working in procurement.
Experience in providing Human Resources support services.
Experience working in a medical environment.
Experience organizing: meetings, conference calls/video conferences and taking minutes.
Experience in making travel arrangements.
Experience in making special event bookings.
