The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (CEAA) is undergoing a transformation to become the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC). As a result of this transformation, we are looking for committed and dynamic CS-02 Programmer Analysts for the development of challenging solutions with great visibility for the Government. CEAA’s IT team is a very collaborative and motivated group, having led CEAA among the first partners to integrate key Government of Canada initiatives such as GCCase (CRM Dynamics) and GCDOCS.
The results of this process will initially be used to staff 1 indeterminate position and to staff 2 positions for a specified period (acting, specified period appointment, assignment, secondment or Interchange Canada) of 24 months. Should the need become permanent, the results of this process could also be used to staff this position or similar positions at the same group and level on an indeterminate basis.

EDUCATION:
- Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
Experience:
- Experience developing dynamic web applications in C # .Net (or VB.net) with MS-SQL relational database
- Experience in defining and analyzing business needs
- Experience working with Web libraries such as JQuery, AngularJS, etc.
- Experience developing and working with various types of web services (REST, SOAP, etc)
Asset Experience:
- Experience with customizing and developing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience programming with an MVC (Model-View-Controller) approach.
- Experience with SQL scripting (T/SQL or PL/SQL).
- Experience developing mobile friendly applications.
- Experience with customizing and developing solutions for ESRI platforms.
