EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing professional advice to various stakeholders (e.g.: senior management, key partners, clients, etc.)
Recent* and significant* experience in human resources management of a multidisciplinary work unit encompassing various groups and professions.
Recent and significant experience in the management of financial resources.
Experience in establishing and sustaining collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and partners.
* Experience has occurred within the last five (5) years.
**A depth and breadth of experience normally acquired with having performed a broad range of related activities for a period of at least two (2) years.

A licence, accreditation, or certification in a field related to real property.
EXPERIENCE/ASSET:
Experience in the interpretation and application of codes and regulations
related to the administration of real property within the Federal Government of
Canada.
Experience in the planning, management and implementation of projects
relating to a geographically dispersed inventory of real property.
experience preparing or contributing to the development of materials such as briefing notes, memoranda, business cases, and/or presentations for use by Senior Management.
Knowledge of concepts, theories and techniques related to strategic management, planning and forecasting in Real Property Management, Procurement and Contracting.
Knowledge of best practices and/or trends related to the administration of real property and facilities management.
Consent to work overtime and being able to do it.
Possess a valid driver's license.
