Applicants are not required to submit a cover letter. Instead, they are required to answer THE PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS clearly demonstrating with concrete examples in how they meet the education and experience factors listed in the essential qualifications. All screening questions must be answered. It is not sufficient to only state that the qualifications are met or to provide a listing of current or past responsibilities. Rather, you must clearly demonstrate HOW, WHEN, and WHERE the qualification was met through substantiation by examples as well as the period(s) in which you performed the functions of the positions. You will not have further opportunity to provide additional information. Providing the same answer for each qualification will result in your application being rejected. Education:
ED1 A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
EX1 Experience in leading the design, development and implementation of plans or projects or initiatives.
EX2 Significant* experience in researching and analyzing and providing recommendations to management in one or more of the following fields:
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Information Management (IM) / Records
- Planning
- Travel
- Real Property
- Security
EX3 Experience in dealing with a wide range of clientele such as high executive managers or private contractors or individual stakeholders.
*Significant refers to a depth and breadth of experience that is normally acquired over a period of 2 years.

Asset Education:
AED1 Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the position.
Asset Experience:
AEX1 Experience in conducting analyses, contributing and providing input for various reports such as (the integrated strategic and operational planning framework; report on plans and priorities and The Departmental Performance report).
AEX2 Experience in drafting briefing notes, procedures, models, templates and processes related to planning and reporting.
AEX3 Experience in leading or monitoring operations and provide quality assurance to ensure that records management practices and procedures are followed.
AEX4 Experience in coordinating the design development of processes and systems.
AEX5 Experience in planning, forecasting human resources requirements for the organization.
AEX6 Experience in providing human resource and financial reports and updates to Senior Management.
AEX7 Experience in planning, coordinating and managing facility/accommodation projects.
AEX8 Experience in planning, implementing and managing large scale initiatives.
Asset Knowledge:
AK1 Knowledge of current and emerging trends in information management or records management
Operational Requirements:
• Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Ability and willingness to travel on occasion.
