A secondary school diploma
Experience in providing administrative support services for an organization including processing mail as well as logistical arrangements for meetings.
Experience in screening and directing requests and tracking documents or correspondence.
Experience in preparing documents and manipulating data to produce reports using MSWord and Excel.
Education Asset:
Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Experience Assets:
Experience in making travel arrangements and processing travel claims
Experience in preparing budget reports
Various language requirements
