Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience
Significant* experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel).
Experience in the organization of meetings and events.
Experience providing executive support to a Senior Manager** including preparation of briefing materials and handling information inquiries.
Experience managing a Senior Manager’s** calendar and schedule.
Experience in making travel arrangements and processing travel claims.
*Significant is deemed to be a minimum of two (2) years in a work-related setting
**Defined as a Manager/Director or higher level

Experience
Experience in financial planning and expenditure tracking, including using the SAP financial system (i.e. Systems, Applications and Products in data processing).
