EDUCATION
ED1. Graduation from a recognized college or university with specialization in electrical/electronic technology or an acceptable combinations of education training and /or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Significant experience managing the development, installation and maintenance of Video-Audio-Data hardware systems.
EX2: Significant recent experience designing, installing and troubleshooting Video-Audio-Data hardware throughout the life cycle.
EX3: Recent experience with Government of Canada financial procedures, including procurement.
*Significant is defined as having worked for at least one year.
** Recent is defined as being within the last five years.
KNOWLEDGE
K1: Knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment systems and technologies
K2: Knowledge of the theories and principles of risk management.
K3: Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
ABILITIES
A1: Ability to manage the initiation of requirements for data communication services.
A2: Ability to advise on the upgrading and architectural design of corporate Video-Audio-Data hardware communication networks and investigate new and improved Video-Audio-Data hardware services.
A3: Ability to oversee and/or provide corporate Video-Audio-Data training to clients.
