Depending on the number of applications received, a random selection could be made to manage the volumes of application.
Selected candidates will then be invited to a written exam (Office Skills Test ECTB-200).
A top-down approach could be applied to select the candidates who scored the highest results on the tests.
Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order.
