This inventory will be managed by the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) and used by various federal government organizations to staff their positions. Applicants will be further assessed for HR careers at the PE-01 & PE-02 levels.

A response to a text question addressing the following:
A degree*, already obtained OR will be obtained by June 30, 2019, from a recognized post-secondary institution with an acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
*Unless it is otherwise specified (e.g., Master’s degree), the term “degree” refers to a baccalaureate or an applied degree as established by educational authorities.
Note: Indeterminate incumbents of PE positions and of positions in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and in Indian Oil and Gas Canada that are equivalent to PE positions on October 1, 1999, who do not possess the education level prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standard based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing PE positions and positions in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and Indian Oil and Gas Canada that are equivalent to PE positions. This note also applies to persons appointed or deployed, for an indeterminate period, to PE positions after that date as the result of staffing transactions started before October 1, 1999. The positions in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and in Indian Oil and Gas Canada that are equivalent to PE positions are those that meet the Treasury Board definition for the PE occupational group.

How and when will I be assessed?
- You will receive an unsupervised internet test (PSEE UIT 370) at the end of October 2018 to be completed within a five (5) day window.
- If you are successful at the unsupervised test, you will be invited to the supervised in-person test (PSEE 371) that will be administered starting in November 2018.
