EDUCATION
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in a field relevant to the work to be performed OR an acceptable combination* of education, training and experience or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
*An acceptable combination is defined as Secondary school graduation and seven (7) years of relevant work experience.
EXPERIENCE
1. Experience in developing and maintaining products, procedures or processes to support Information Management work functions
2. Experience in conducting business analysis

1. Knowledge of information management/records management principles.
2. Knowledge of how cognate disciplines support information management (such as business analysis, information architecture, information governance, data management).

EDUCATION
AE1: Graduation with a degree or a Master from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization directly related to the position, such as Information Management, Library Sciences, Business Analysis, Information Studies, Data Management or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
EXPERIENCE
AEX1. Experience supervising or managing employees.
AEX2. Experience working with GCdocs.
AEX3. Experience supporting clients in the functional or configuration or implementation or maintenance or use of an electronic document and records management system.
