In addition to your application, you will need to complete and submit an on-line exam.
Once you are ready to start the exam, you will need to send an e-mail to the following email address: AS-02/ to receive the link to the online exam. ( If you do not receive the exam link within 5 minutes, please check your spam).
ONCE YOU ACCESS THE EXAM LINK, YOU WILL HAVE 2 CONSECUTIVE HOURS TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT YOUR EXAM.
Your application and online exam MUST be submitted prior to the advertisement deadline on September 14, 2018.

EDUCATION:
• ED1 - Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• EX1 - Experience* in providing administrative support services.
Definition:
*The difference between the AS-02 and AS-03 group and level will be assessed in terms of the depth and breadth of activities, the complexity and diversity of work handled as well as the level of autonomy demonstrated which is normally acquired over a period of approximately 1 year for the AS-02 and 2 years for the AS-03.
** Administrative services include but are not limited to such activities as: finance, human resources, material management, contracting/procurement, accommodation, assets control/inventory, information management, travel, hospitality, ATIP etc.
ASSETS QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION:
• AED1 - Diplôme d’études professionnelle (DEP) in a field relevant to the position.
• AED2 - Post-secondary diploma or certificate in a field relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE:
• AEX1 - Experience managing the daily operations of a manager’s office such as managing agendas, coordinating events (i.e.: meetings, conference calls, special projects or program activities.)
• AEX2 - Experience in an executive office such as Assistant Deputy Minister, Associate Deputy Minister, Deputy Minister, and Minister’s Office or its equivalent (i.e.: President, Vice-President).
• AEX3 - Experience drafting, formatting and proofreading correspondence.
• AEX4 - Experience using the CCM Mercury (or equivalent) document management software.
• AEX5 - Experience in financial administrative duties including preparing financial reports, monitoring and reporting on budgets and asset management;
• AEX6 - Experience in using an automated financial system, such as SAP/IFMS (or its equivalent).
• AEX7 - Experience in providing financial support services.
• AEX8 - Experience in providing human resources support services.
• AEX9 - Experience making travel arrangements and preparing travel claims.
• AEX10 - Experience supervising employees.
• AEX11 - Recent experience (within the last 3 years of work) in government security division in the area of Personnel security.
• AEX12 - Experience using Excel for complex task such as: PivotTables, formulas, macros, data manipulation, conditional formatting, dashboards etc.
• AEX13 - Experience working with social media, numerical media, interactive media and/or digital workspace in a professionnel context.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Willingness and ability to work overtime on short notice.

• Willingness and ability to work 7.5 hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
