The Supervision, Promotion and Enforcement Branch is looking to hire several positions in each of their divisions at different levels.
Divisions:
• The Supervision Division supervises federally regulated financial entities to ensure they comply with their market conduct obligations. They are responsible for the day-to-day interactions with these financial entities.
• The Policy and Promotion Division conducts research initiatives, including industry reviews, provides policy advice to the Commissioner, and promotes the work of the branch - through interpretations of legislation to the industry and through various social media channels for consumers.
• The Enforcement Division investigates potential breaches of market conduct obligations and makes recommendations on enforcement action that is proportionate to the severity and circumstances of a breach.
Levels:
• RE-03 : Analyst or Coordinator positions. Salary ranging from $56,600 to $71,100.
• RE-04 : Officer positions. Salary ranging from $66,900 to $86,300.
• RE-05 : Senior Officer positions. Salary ranging from $84,300 to $107,000.
(1) The other groups and levels included above (AS, CO, EC, PM) have been identified as equivalent to RE in terms of salaries and responsibilities.

FCAC is a Separate Agency that offers the same pension and benefits plans as the Core Federal Public Service. *An acceptable combination is defined as a postsecondary education and at least three (3) years of relevant work experience to the position being staffed.
E1 Experience in conducting investigations, reviews, audits or evaluations in an industry-related field (i.e. banking, health, safety)
E2 Experience in writing reports and/or briefing material (e.g. memos, notes, presentations)
E3 Experience researching, collecting, evaluating, or analyzing information to provide recommendations for decision-makers.
