This process will be used to staff the following positions:
- Two indeterminate GL-MDO-05 positions (English Essential)
- One seasonal GL-MDO-06 position (Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB)
- One seasonal GL-MDO-06 position (English Essential)
A pool of qualified candidates may be created to staff similar positions for various types of tenure (seasonal, indeterminate, term, acting appointments, assignments, deployments or secondments) and various linguistic profiles (English Essential, French Essential, Bilingual Imperative or Non-Imperative BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC).

OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION (GL-MDO-05 & GL-MDO-06):
Valid Class 1E driver’s license issued by the Province of New Brunswick or the equivalent in another province.
EXPERIENCE (GL-MDO-05 ONLY):
Experience in operating a tractor trailer.
Experience in operating a Highway Passenger Bus and/or School Bus.
EXPERIENCE (GL-MDO-06 ONLY):
Experience in the operation of a dump truck.
Experience in the operation of a front-end loader.
Experience in the operation of a grader.
Experience in snow removal equipment.
ASSET EXPERIENCE (GL-MDO-05 & GL-MDO-06):
Experience in operating a backhoe.
Experience in operating a bulldozer.
Experience in operating an excavator.
Experience in snow and ice removal.
Experience in operating a refueling tender.
Experience in operating Material Handling Equipment (Forklift).
Experience in the operation of a Dump Truck.
Various language requirements
Two GL-MDO-05 positions (indeterminate): English Essential

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT (GL-MDO-05 & GL-MDO-06):
Security Clearance: Reliability Status.
Possession of a valid Class 1E driver’s license issued by the Province of New Brunswick or the equivalent in another province.
Provincial Air Brake certification.
Must be able to obtain and retain a DND 404 to include Air Brake Endorsement.
Must provide a valid driver’s medical.
Must provide a driver’s abstract.
Must wear CSA approved safety footwear and other personal protective equipment.
Must be able to work shift work as required.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
Must be able to work on callbacks.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.
