This process will be used to staff the above mentioned position; it may also be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates to staff similar positions at the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada with varying linguistic profiles, security profiles, and tenures.

Education:
University/College Graduate or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Experience:
Extensive* experience in planning and coordinating programs and scenarios for foreign and Canadian delegations and missions.
Extensive* experience in conceiving and managing detailed programs and organizing logistics for major events, including conferences.
Experience in providing financial services such as: preparing and monitoring budgets, monitoring expenditures, invoices and/or financial contracts.
Experience in providing advice to senior officials and preparation of executive correspondence.
*Extensive experience is defined as ongoing (continuous) experience over an extended (consistent) period of time, such as two years and not simply performing the duties for short periods of time.
