St-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre is a food processing research centre that focuses on conducting research and developing methods to preserve food and maintain its quality as well as to process food safely and efficiently. Research is also conducted on food ingredients having health and other benefits beyond basic nutritional values.

Currently enrolled or eligible to enroll in a Master’s program in food science at McGill University
Laboratory experience in food science
English or French

Knowledge of theories and principles of chemistry, biochemistry OR rheology.
Knowledge of the principles of analytical techniques, including the use of basic laboratory equipment.
Knowledge of the methods required to record, analyze and interpret data using the appropriate software.
