You may qualify in a partially assessed pool which may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures. There will be various security requirements and various language profiles as well as various locations in Canada other than the above mentionned locations. All streams:
Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.

EXPERIENCE
All streams:
Significant experience* in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).

*Significant experience will be evaluated against depth and breadth of activities, the level of responsibilities, and the complexity, diversity and volume of handled cases/tasks. This scope would be normally obtained through at least twelve (12) consecutive months experience.

EXPERIENCE
Stream 1 - Generic and Stream 2 - Finance:
-Experience providing and coordinating administrative services* for at least one (1) year.

*Coordination of administrative services* is defined as, but not limited to: the collection and consolidation of information for the production of various reports, coordination of document approval, planning and coordination, meetings, drafting minutes, monitoring expenses and maintaining a budget, managing schedules and emails and other related duties.

Stream 3 – Contact Center and Stream 4 – Project Officer:
-Experience in responding to enquiries and providing guidance in person, in writing or on the phone to internal and external clients.

Stream 2 - Finance:
-Experience maintaining and monitoring budgets.

Stream 3 – Contact Center:
-Experience providing services to the public.

Stream 4 – Project Officer:
-Experience in liaising with internal and/or external clients.
-Experience in planning and organising an office move.
-Experience working on project teams supporting project cycle including: identifies goals, formulates strategies, implements, and oversees all steps in their proper sequence.
-Experience tracking and monitoring projects.

Stream 5 - Supervisor:
-Experience in providing guidance on operational processes or task assignments.
-Experience working in an operational staffing environment.

-Experience in entering and updating salary forecasts as well as salary recovery coordination.

-Experience in using Government of Canada financial information systems (for example, SAP, SFT (Salary Forecasting Tool); IFMS.

-At least 3 months of experience in using the Government of Canada Shared Travel Services portal as a travel arranger.

-Experience supervising staff.

-Experience providing financial support, such as monitoring expenditures, making payments, and budget tracking.

-At least 3 months experience in using a tracking system such as CCM Mercury or CCM Enterprise (PeopleSoft or MyGCHR).

-Experience in coordinating and tracking the flow of correspondence or documents and provide quality assurance on materials for Management.

-Experience in providing guidance on operational processes or tasking assignment to others.

-Experience in providing administrative support services in one of the following areas in human resources: staffing, classification, learning, HR planning, employment equity, official languages, awards and recognition, performance management, labour relations or conflict resolution.

-Recent experience* providing support services in a fast paced office of an executive, including at least two of the following:
• managing the agenda
• planning and scheduling meetings/ events/ conferences and coordinating/ preparing the necessary documentation;
• making travel arrangements
• submit travel claim

*Recent experience is defined as experience normally gained within the last two (2) years.

-Experience in liaising with various corporate offices such as HR, finance, IT services, security, accommodations for the coordination of the office moves and relocation, property and space management.

-Experience in preparing contracts and/or procuring goods and services.

-Experience in coordinating Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests.

-Experience working within a bankruptcy field.

-Experience in using GCDOCS or RDIMS.

-Experience in providing client services.

-Experience in providing front line client services in a contact center.

-Experience in using MyGCHR.
