EDUCATION
Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
EXPERIENCE:
EX1. Experience providing client service
EX2. Experience providing general administrative support services in an office environment, such as formatting documents, photocopying, filing, data entry or processing mail.
EX3. Experience using Microsoft Office applications in an office environment, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
EDUCATION
AED1. Post-secondary education in a relevant field of study (for example: business administration, office administration, etc).
EXPERIENCE
AEX1. Experience providing administrative support services to multiple managers simultaneously.
AEX2. Experience using an Electronic Document Records Management System, such as RDIMS or GCDOCS.
AEX3. Experience providing records management services and/or in a central registry.
AEX4. Experience maintaining a filing or bring forward (BF) system.
AEX5. Experience in an orderly room
AEX6. Experience with travel coordination and processing claims, pay/payroll and benefits, or human resource administration.
AEX7. Experience providing financial/accounting support services (which might include managing financial data and reports and/or initializing and processing claims and/or accounts payable/receivable).
AEX8. Experience with Departmental (DND) systems, such as PeopleSoft, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS), or ClaimsX.
