Information on accommodation for persons with disabilities
The immediate needs are for positions located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Successful applicants will be required to attend in person interviews in Ottawa, ON. Reimbursements for travel to and from the assessments will not be provided. Furthermore, at time of the appointment candidates need to be willing and able to physically work in the NCR.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Canadian Coast Guard in the NCR or across the regions.

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Significant * experience in using Maximo, MAINTelligence or comparable Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Systems;
Experience in writing reports and various types of formal documents.
* Significant experience is defined as experience associated with the performance of a large number of complex activities for a minimum period of 2 years within the last 5 years, taking into consideration the scope of duties and responsibility.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university in engineering or engineering/computer technology program.
Experience in any phase of asset Life Cycle Materiel Management (LCMM)
English or French

Knowledge of the Canadian Coast Guard’s Programs.
