The Yeti team is looking for a committed CS-02 Business / System Analyst for the development of challenging and great visibility initiatives. We are a very collaborative, motivated and technologically advanced group. As part of the Census tabulation system redesign for the 2021 cycle, the Yeti team is building an n-layered system using .Net Standard, Entity Framework Core, ASP.Net MVC Core, WPF, and SQL Server databases. We are also one of the cloud pathfinder projects.

EDUCATION:
ED1- Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in information management, computer science, information technology OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
EXP1- Recent* and significant** experience eliciting, documenting and managing business requirements, including functional and non-functional IM/IT requirements.
EXP2- Recent* experience in elaborating, documenting and communicating IM/IT processes or procedures.
EXP3- Experience providing advice and guidance to one or more of the following: clients, colleagues, management, committees, inter-disciplinary teams.
*Recent is defined as an experience having been acquired within the last five (5) years.
**Significant is defined as the experience that would normally be obtained in two (2) years by performing the full range of activities noted.
KNOWLEDGE:
K1- Knowledge of concepts, principles and practices related to business analysis.
