The primary focus of SSCs Solutions Integration Services Division (SISD) is to assemble and design integrated solutions to address Customer/SSC internal business requirements. SISD will provide solutions integration across all service lines in SSC thus producing an all-encompassing Solutions Integration Design.
The intent of this process is to staff four (4) positions in the Solutions Integration division within the Project Management and Delivery Branch (PM&D) on an indeterminate basis. A pool of qualified candidates may be created following this process and could be used to staff other positions at the same or equivalent group and level at Shared Services Canada.

Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary education program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed or acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
(Note: Indeterminate period incumbents of positions in the CS group on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standards based on their education, training and/or experience.)
Exp1 - Experience managing data center environments.
Exp 2 - Experience developing and launching midrange servers or related supporting technologies.
Exp 3 - Significant* experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop IM/IT solutions to meet business needs.
*Significant means 3 or more years of experience.
Exp 4 - Experience in representing an organization on committees, working groups, or as part of an association.
Exp 5 - Experience in producing and communicating IT service management status reports.
Exp 6 - Experience preparing written technical documents.

ITIL Certification (v2/v3)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) as issued by ISC2.
Successful completion of any or all CSEC IT Security Learning Centre Programs of Study.
Project Management Professional (PMP) as issued by PMI.
AExp 1 - Experience working with virtual technologies, for example cloud services.
AExp 2 - Experience in application management.
AExp 3 - Experience in workload migration.
AExp 4 - Experience in quality assurance processes associated with production environments.
AExp 5 - Experience working with Canadian Government IT Security related standards and policies (e.g. Government Security Policy, Management of Information Technology Security (MITS) Standards, etc.).
AExp 6 - Experience in doing cable plan.
