Our office is located at 73 Leikin Dr in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven). We offer complimentary parking, convenient access to bus routes immediately outside of the building and free access to on-site and state of the art fitness training facilities.
The immediate need is to staff five positions in Ottawa on an indeterminate basis, with linguistic profiles of bilingual imperative BBB/BBB and English essential with RCMP Enhanced Reliability and Secret security clearances.
A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the RCMP in Ottawa, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with various linguistic profiles and various RCMP security clearances.

Your résumé.
► A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
► Significant* experience in Property Management or Facility Management, and Project Management.
► Significant* experience in analyzing and defining accommodation needs.
► Significant* experience in negotiating solutions to real property issues.
► Significant* experience in leading/participating on project teams and/or working groups.
► Significant* experience in planning and implementing projects.
Note:
*Significant experience above is defined as having the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various complex related activities which would have been acquired over a period of three years or more.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
► Graduation with an acceptable degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a Real Property asset related discipline, Architectural, Engineering; OR successful completion of a professional designation program in the Real Property Management field.
► Experience in delivering real property services within a policing environment.
