Education
EDU1 - A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in communications, media, or journalistic field or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
* an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is defined as having a diploma is communications, media, or journalistic field and 3 years of relevant work experience
Experience
EX1 - Recent* experience monitoring and analyzing media issues, trends, and analytics.
EX2- Recent* Experience managing governmental or corporate content on at least 5 types of social media accounts.
EX3 - Significant** experience providing communications advice and services to management.
EX4-Recent* and significant** experience preparing and implementing communications strategies within a governmental or corporate context.
* Recent is defined as having acquired the experience within the last 4 years
** Significant is define as having acquired the experience over 2 consecutive years
Abilities
A1 - Ability to prepare and deliver communications products using a variety of techniques and mediums.***
