A secondary school diploma; or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience

Degree equivalency

Experience consulting with external organizations at the municipal, provincial or federal level such as other law enforcement agencies

Experience analyzing confidential information to prepare written reports

You may be assessed using one or more of the following tools: standardized tests, written exams, interview, simulation exercise, reference check, and other assessment tools.

The assessment board reserves the right to contact references other than those provided by the candidates (within the public service only), if deemed it necessary to conduct a sufficient assessment of the candidates.

Testing/interviews will be conducted at the location of the employer's choice.

Candidates may be required to pay for all assessment and travel expenses.

The successful applicant will have to obtain an RCMP security clearance. The process also requires a Security/Reliability Interview, a field investigation in matters of credit/finances, education, employment, references, etc.

Must be willing and able to relocate to Regina, Saskatchewan.

Indeterminate employees at the same group and level or equivalent may be considered for deployment. If no deployment is made, applicants from other groups and levels will be considered in the advertised appointment process.
