EXPÉRIENCES

Experience in sales, client service, assistance for individuals or training

Recent experience, acquired over the past three years, in using word processing and spreadsheet software.

EDUCATION

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in IT support

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience in providing first-line technical support.
