Our group provides operational staffing and labour relations services across Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) and Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). Our services cover a variety of complex staffing, labour relations and workforce adjustment cases.

EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
NOTE:
The courses for the specialization must be acceptable and must have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization.
EXPERIENCES:
Experience in providing Human Resources (HR) services to clients.
Experience in interpreting and applying policies or directives in operational staffing or operational labour relations.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience assisting clients with the resolution of issues related to Human Resources Management.
Experience providing strategic advice, options and recommendations on HR issues in staffing.
Experience providing strategic advice, options and recommendations on HR issues in labour relations.
Experience providing strategic advice, options and recommendations on HR issues in performance management.
Experience in managing staffing processes in the Federal Public Service.
Experience in managing labour relations processes in the Federal Public Service.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Knowledge of current and emerging HR trends and issues in the Federal Public Service.
ABILITIES:
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations to clients.
Ability to interpret and apply policies or directives related to the management of HR.
