Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in economics, sociology or statistics

The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

EX1. Experience conducting analysis and making recommendations for strategic or operational policy issues

EX2. Experience preparing briefing materials, including briefing notes and presentations

EX3. Experience engaging and maintaining relationships with internal or external partners or stakeholders

AEX5. Experience preparing and providing strategic advice on performance measurement reports to senior management**

AEX6. Experience responding to queries and requests for data, information and analysis.

AEX7. Experience manipulating, compiling and interpreting statistical data.
