In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Successful completion of secondary school*
*A secondary school diploma is completion of high school, according to provincial/territorial standards.

Degree equivalency

Certification in Mediation from a recognized post-secondary institution. One hundred and eighty (180) hours of training in conflict management applicable to a workplace setting, which must include (60) hours of mediation skills training.

AND

Forty (40) hours of group intervention training applicable to a workplace setting.
(In your application, please include the course provider, the course title, the date of completion and the number of hours of training.)

Significant experience* in providing workplace informal conflict management services (such as conflict analysis, conflict coaching, facilitation, mediation, and group interventions).
*Note: Significant experience is understood to mean the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related Informal Conflict management activities for minimum of 24 months.

Experience in delivering training.

Experience in providing strategic advice to managers on matters related to effective workplace conflict prevention.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with an acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, educational sciences, social sciences, sociology, or any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Completion of Conflict Coaching training with an evaluation of 'competent'.

You may be assessed using one or more of the following tools: standardized tests, written exams, interview, simulation exercise, reference check, and other assessment tools.

Testing/interviews will be conducted at the location of the employer's choice.

Candidates may be required to pay for all assessment and travel expenses.

Must be willing and able to relocate to Regina, Saskatchewan.
