The Manager, Information Management, is responsible for the efficient, effective delivery of information management services to the organization. This includes operational support, training and awareness activities in relation to the Enterprise Information Management program. This position also supports the Director, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) in the development and maintenance of business focused IM strategic plans and implementation roadmaps, as well as in the annual business planning process, the development of supporting divisional goals and objectives, and enabling performance frameworks. Furthermore, this role also assists in the conceptualization and execution of EIM related operational/tactical projects required to achieve approved EIM strategic plans and objectives.
This selection process may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates, which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various linguistic profiles and requirements, security profiles and various tenures.

EDUCATION:
- Graduation with a degree from a recognized university in information technology, information management or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in management of electronic/digital information, including transformation of business processes and information technology;
- Experience in the management, planning, implementation and delivery of an electronic document and records management service or program;
- Experience in development of policies, procedures and training programs in support of a records or information management program;
- Experience in assessing, planning and implementing business process improvement initiatives;
- Experience in coaching, mentoring or developing staff;
- Experience in project management or coordination;
- Experience in providing monthly status/operational reports intended for senior management consumption;
ASSET EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in process improvement initiatives related to the use of electronic documents and records management
- Experience in managing human resources
- Experience working as a team member on a project related to the deployment of an Electronic Document and Records Management System.
- Experience in the development and delivery of a comprehensive IM Awareness Training or Coaching program

As a Separate Agency, the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) appoints employees in accordance with the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA).
