Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to fill one vacant position. This pool may also be used to staff similar positions of various tenures within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for positions located in Moncton, NB.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Significant* experience in providing office management services and organizational support to government officials.
Significant* experience in managing correspondence, including proofreading and editing correspondence for the purpose of quality control.
Significant* experience in providing leadership to and managing administrative staff.
Experience in managing the schedule and coordinating the daily operations and activities of a senior executive's office including travel and other senior office logistics.
Experience coordinating the logistics for meetings and events.
Experience in interacting with internal senior officials and external stakeholders.

*Significant experience is defined as experience associated with having performed a broad range of related activities (depth and breadth), which could normally be acquired during a period of at least 3 years continuously.
