In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:

At least two years of post-secondary education and significant experience* in the following:
(1) real property client relations.
and
(2) providing facilities management advice and services to clients.

* “Significant experience” means the experience gained by an individual whose primary responsibilities include these duties and refers to the breadth and complexity of the tasks that would normally be acquired in performing these tasks for approximately 24 months (2 years) in the last five years.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

At least 24 consecutive months of project management experience in the last four years (office design, commercial construction, real property and site supervision).

Experience in coordinating human and financial resources.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Education:

A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in architecture, interior design or property management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

Experience in applying methods and practices in real property management and space leasing.
Experience in applying management and planning techniques and methods for large-scale real property projects.
Experience in budget planning and monitoring for large-scale real property projects.
Experience in applying interior office design standards and practices.
Experience in applying practices in ergonomics.
Experience in using AutoCAD.
