The intent of this process is to fill one vacant position. This pool may also be used to staff similar positions of various tenures within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for positions located in Moncton, NB.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in business or in a field related to the position.
EXPERIENCE
Significant* experience in managing business services including financial, human resources and administrative processes.
Significant* experience in providing leadership to and managing administrative staff.
Significant* experience in preparing budget plans, coordinating and analyzing budgets for an organization, preparing and reading financial statements, financial forecasts and reports.
Experience in preparing contracts and capital purchases.
Experience in using financial and human resource management tools.
* Significant experience is defined as experience associated with having performed a broad range of related activities (depth and breadth), which could normally be acquired during a period of at least 3 years continuously.
EDUCATION (ASSET)
Professional designations related to the position such as in a Chartered Professional Accountant Designation (CPA)
EXPERIENCE (ASSET)
Experience in using information databases such as Microsoft Access and Oracle.
Experience preparing agreements for collaboration or contributions within the federal government financial management system.
Experience in preparing contracts and capital purchases within the federal government financial management systems.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
Other bilingual imperative profiles may be used to staff other positions
