When you apply to this selection process, you are not applying for a specific job, but to an inventory for future vacancies. As positions become available, applicants who meet the qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.
When applying to this inventory you will be asked to respond to screening questions. We encourage you to take your time and provide specific details and concrete examples that will allow us to understand the complete depth and breadth of your experiences. Try to include information on where, when and how you gained the experience you are explaining.
As part of the application process you will be asked to identify what type(s) of Financial Advisor position(s) you are interested in being considered for. Your application may be referred to future opportunities based on your responses. It is important to note that the essential qualifications are common to both stream 1 and 2 unless otherwise specified.
If your application is not selected for one job, you will remain in the inventory for its full duration. As an applicant you may update your contact information, resume and responses to the screening questions at any time.
While we will not acknowledge receipt of your application, you will be contacted if you are selected for further consideration. Random selection may be used to identify which applicants will be assessed from this inventory. This is a strategy that is sometimes used to manage applicant volume. This approach identifies a sub-sample of applicants by applying the element of chance during the appointment process, using criteria identified by the organization.
