**This process is being carried out in conjunction with selection process number: 2018-CSD-IA-NHQ-14610. For all of the common qualifications, the same assessment tools will be used. Should you apply on more than one process, you will be assessed for all common qualifications with the same assessment tools that will be applied towards the processes mentioned above. A separate pool of qualified candidates will be established for each process. Please note that the area of selection is different from one process to another. The purpose of this process is to staff positions within the Citizen services Branch and the Program Operations Branchor Department]. A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may also be used to staff similar positions with various tenures and locations within Employment and Social Development Canada.
Once a qualified candidate has been selected and appointed on an indeterminate basis from the established pool, they will be removed from the pool.

Your résumé.
Secondary high school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Experience in the planning or implementation or delivery of Programs OR services OR projects.
Experience liaising with various stakeholders to plan or develop or implement programs OR services OR projects.
Experience in analysing information and preparing written correspondence or reports or PowerPoint presentations or notes or briefing materials to present for decision or information.
Experience leading OR actively participating in working groups/committees.
Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Project Management Professional credential.
Experience with good results in managing, leading or delivering services or programs or projects in a constantly changing/evolving environment.
Experience using Microsoft Project or Project Server.
Experience in providing communications services (products, projects, knowledge repositories) that support service delivery to the public
Experience in developing costing models to support partnership or service level agreements or service delivery.
Experience in managing and monitoring budgets.
Experience supervising human resources.
Experience in the application of the Official Languages Act.

Candidates who are screened in will be invited to complete a written exam between July 9 and August 3rd, 2018. Candidates who are successful on the written component will be interviewed between September 10 and October 30th, 2018.
A situational exercise may be administered.

Persons are entitled to participate in the appointment process in the official language of their choice.
A random and/or top down selection of candidates may be used in the determination of those to be given further consideration in the assessment process.
