EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note 1).

Notes:
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:

A satisfactory score "on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES:
Experience in the delivery of general administrative and operational services and advice to internal and external clients.

Experience in researching and compiling information for a variety of documentation.

Experience in using software applications from the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

Experience in making travel arrangements.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience making complex* travel arrangements.

*Complex is defined as multi-stop international travel abroad as well as experience with the Visa application process.

Experience using Datacard® ID Works® Identification Software.
