A pool of pre-qualified or fully qualified candidates may be created to staff similar or identical positions with various tenure, various bilingual linguistic profiles (no unilingual position will be staffed through this process) and various security requirements within the Courts Administration Service.

Your résumé.
At minimum a successful completion of secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Experience in drafting routine correspondence in both official languages.
Experience working with Microsoft Suites.
Recent* and significant** experience in providing quality administrative services to a senior manager (director level or above).
Recent* and significant** experience in coordinating the agenda of a senior manager (director level or above), including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and/or reserving boardrooms.
*Recent experience is defined as experience acquired within the last 12 months.
** Significant is defined as the breadth and depth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of complex activities related to this task.
Experience in making travel arrangements using government travel booking systems.
Experience in preparing travel expense claims.
Experience in managing financial activities including preparing forecasts and reconciling commitments and expenditures.
Experience in dealing with executive correspondence.
Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial environment.
Bilingual - Imperative (CCC/CCC)
