This process will initially be used to staff an indeterminate position in Yellowknife. A qualified pool of candidates may be established from this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department of National Defence in Yellowknife / Northwest Territories with various tenures (Indeterminate, Acting, Term, Deployment, Assignment, Secondment).

Education:
ED1: Successful completion of secondary school education OR and acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Experience:
EX1: Experience in using a computer and various Microsoft Software, including Microsoft Office Suite of Products. This includes MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
EX2: Experience in provision of general clerical support.
EX3: Experience working in an office team environment.
EX4: Experience in general financial procedures as they relate to the Federal Government.

K1: Knowledge of Treasury Board policies and guidelines and the Financial Administration Act (FAA) and regulations.
