EDUCATION:
Successful completion of post-secondary education with specialization in a related field or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
E1: Significant* and recent** experience in managing teams for the realization of projects.
E2: Significant* and recent** experience in developing project plans and short, medium and long-term strategies to meet business unit objectives.
E3: Experience in the analysis of issues in order to make recommendations to senior management***.
E4: Experience in managing budget and/or supporting an investment planning process.
E5: Experience in using project management and Microsoft-PowerPoint software.
*Significant experience is defined as experience acquired over a period of two years.
**Recent experience is defined as experience acquired in the last five years.
***Senior management is defined as Director General and above.
